Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Nigz Decor. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (such as custom name acrylic décor) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized and custom-made products

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nigz Decor is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Include your order number, product details, and photos (if applicable).
  • We will provide return instructions and next steps.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet started.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
